Description , What to expect?

[Your Chef, Miss Kwan]
Miss Kwan loves cooking. Thai cooking has defined her career and life. She has been cooking since she was a teenager, who was learning the skills from her mom. In turn, her mom also learned them from her own mother. In her Thai family, cooking skills have been passed on for generations.

After spending over half of her life in cooking all kinds of Thai cuisines and winning many awards such as Michelin Guides, she has become an expert in Thai Cooking. Her expertise will be passed on to you.

[Nai Muang Khaolak Restaurant]
Nai Muang Restaurant is modeled after a mining shack built by the Chinese migrants who worked in tin mining in Khaolak hundreds of years ago. The restaurant symbolizes a mixed history rich with culture and tradition rooted in Southern Thailand especially in Khaolak.

Such a building is gone now, almost unheard of, consumed by time. Like the taste of authentic Southern Thai cuisine, it is becoming very rare.

However, Nai Muang Restaurant has been solid with its goal of preserving authentic Southern Thai Cuisines. We keep the Thai cooking history, culture, and tradition alive. Therefore, Nai Muang Restaurant has been well established in town, and it continues to be a friendly and welcoming place for everybody who loves to taste authentic Southern Thai Cuisines.
